You should note that several changes to OASIS-E have taken place. The primary ones to remember are the assessments for depression, a new line item for nutrition and an update for high-risk medications. Please check the current CMS guidelines for any OASIS coding that has changed for patients receiving care after Dec. 31, 2022.
