Recently, several home health NOAs and claims were being incorrectly rejected for Reason Codes U5210 and U5220, which cover if the beneficiary only has Part B eligibility. Palmetto GBAs claims issues website recently reported that Medicare had put a fix to solve the incorrect rejections so that they can resubmit. A late NOA exception can be attached to receive the needed funds.
